About Us--
We are a community church. On any given night our community center will be a buzz of activity with community groups meeting to discuss the day's business. We also host a music class, a mother and infant playgroup, self help groups for addiction recovery, serve as the home for the Atlanta Youth Soccer Association's board meetings, and many other community events. Recently, we have been reaching beyond our doors into the community. We have recently partnered with Action Ministries to sponsor two families in our neighborhood.
Our three goals for 2011 are to:
1. Create an open and inviting place for all people.
2. Serve the East Atlanta community.
3. Expand our Children's ministry.
Now a proud Street Grace Church Partner!
Key accomplishments for 2010 are:
- Sponsoring families through Action Ministries - Expanding children's sunday school.
- Serving as a center for community activity and a place of healing.
- Participating in several community events.
- Supporting Neighbors in Need, an East Atlanta program seeking to fix people's homes.
- Sponsoring a Pet Blessing in Brownwood Park.
- Starting a non-traditional service on Friday evenings once a month.
